A very good value guesthouse near Edinburgh's city centre. The Broughton Hotel offers just 5 en suite bedrooms - each with coffee making facilities (along with an unlimited supply of shortbread biscuits!), flat screen TV and free WiFi. The hotel offers free parking and for a small additional fee. Guests can access the nearby Virgin Active health club and enjoy use of the pool, gym and sauna. Great central location and very close to Edinburgh's gay nightlife as well as Steamworks Sauna.
The Principal Edinburgh George Street

Premier Inn - Edinburgh City Centre
The excellent-value Premier Inn has a prime position on Princes Street, Edinburgh's main shopping street. Many of the comfortable, modern guest rooms have fabulous views of Edinburgh's historic Castle. Like all Premier Inn's, you are guaranteed a great night's sleep (or your money back!). Great for shopping, the hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants and about a 15-minute walk from the main gay nightlife area.
Royal Overseas League
The Royal Overseas League (ROL) is an organisation dedicated to improving understanding between people and to promoting the arts among young people of the Commonwealth. They also run an excellent-value hotel in one of the most prime locations in Edinburgh. The hotel offers very good quality guest rooms with free WiFi in the heart of Princes Street. This, in addition to an excellent breakfast, makes The ROL difficult to beat.

The Balmoral Hotel is a luxury hotel located just a short walk from Edinburgh Castle. Originally a railway hotel, The Balmoral was built in the Victorian period, and is surrounded by historic landmarks and attractions. Cheval The Edinburgh Grand

The Dunstane Houses is a luxury boutique hotel that is sat in a Victorian building. The hotel is surrounded by lush, sprawling gardens that are the perfect place to spend a sunny day. You can head to Ba'Bar where you can grab some 'wee bites' as well as an evening drink. Due to the hotel being located in central Edinburgh, gay nightlife is nearby, with bars like CC Blooms being only a 10-minute drive away.
Radisson Collection Hotel
The Radisson Collection Hotel is a luxury, boutique hotel located in central Edinburgh.
